AWS Electronics is offering a quick turnaround cable assembly service from its manufacturing site in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The standard production lead time offered is 15 working days, however, AWS is now offering a three- to five-day turnaround for prototype or fast-track requests.

The Fabtech International and AWS Welding Show, including Metalform, co-sponsored by the FMA, will take place in Chicago's McCormick Place from November 15-18. The event will feature metal fabricating, forming, tube and pipe, stamping, thermal spraying, laser and welding technologies. In addition to the exhibits, the show will host over 100 technical and non-technical educational sessions and a number of events available to all attendees.
