Full Metal Inductive Sensors for The Food Industry

Neat and clean.
  • Increased sensing ranges and correction factor 1 for steel and stainless steel.
  • Wide temperature range of 0...100 °C.
  • Temperature shock resistant even in case of frequent temperature fluctuations.
  • High ingress protection: IP 67 / IP 68 / IP 69K; food-grade housing materials.
  • Resistant to high-pressure cleaning and aggressive cleaning agents.
Increased sensing ranges
The increased sensing ranges for non-flush installation give you more safety in case of mechanical tolerances.

Ingress protection in hygienic and wet areas
The sensors for use up to 100 °C undergo frequent cleaning operations, temperature shocks and feature high resistance to cleaning agents.

Application tests
A series of tests qualified the sensors for food applications:
  • temperature shock test to EN 60068-2-14 Nc
  • artificial ageing in a 1000-hour long-term test to EN 60068-2-14 Nb (change of temperature)
  • leak check using the steam boiler test
Applications:
hygienic and wet areas in the food industry.
