Halma Companies To Exhibit At Aquatech
Two of Halma's water industry subsidiaries, Hanovia and Palintest, will be showcasing technology at this year's Aquatech China exhibition in Shanghai. Senior management and technical specialists from Hanovia and Palintest will be at booth 2.34 on all three days of the exhibition. Hanovia is a UK-based manufacturer of ultraviolet (UV) disinfection systems for industrial, leisure, marine and aquaculture applications.
Palintest is a UK-based developer of water and environmental analysis technology for drinking water, waste water, swimming pool and soil testing applications. Representatives from Berson UV-techniek, the Netherlands-based manufacturer of UV disinfection systems for drinking water will also be at the booth, although the company will not be exhibiting products. Hanovia will show its amalgam and medium-pressure UV system, designed for a wide range of chemical-free water treatment applications, ranging from bromate-free disinfection of bottled water to the treatment of ultra-pure process waters for pharmaceutical and semiconductor manufacture.
Palintest will be exhibiting a range of products, including the Chlorosense, a portable device for instantly testing chlorine levels in water. Other products will include the SA1100 scanning analyser, which tests for lead and other heavy metal contaminants in water.
